How the repair works
Your PS5 turns on but the TV says “No signal”? The HDMI port is the console’s most common failure: a yanked cable or moving the console while it’s plugged in is enough to bend the pins or lift the connector off the motherboard. The port is soldered on, so it’s replaced by micro-soldering, not by swapping a cable.
We remove the old port, clean the motherboard pads, solder on a new HDMI port, then test picture and sound on a screen before handing the console back. If the port isn’t the problem (HDMI chip, power), the diagnosis tells you and you get a quote before any repair.
For the DualSense controller, “drift” (your character or camera moves by itself) comes from a worn stick module. We desolder the worn module and solder in a new one: a lasting repair, not just a clean.
